Make sure that your card is active and that your device is connected to the internet. If you meet both requirements and the QR code still can’t be scanned, contact us at 0800 222 023.

Simply open the My MultiSport mobile app, go to the “My card” folder in the bottom menu, and click on “Scan card”. A QR code will appear. Show this QR code to the facility’s staff at the reception to scan it and register your visit.

When visiting a sports facility for the first time with a virtual card, go to the “My card” in the mobile app and click on “Verify photo”. Show your photo at the facility’s reception along with your ID. The facility’s reception staff will compare the photo in the app with the photo on your ID and confirm your identity. In your app, you will see that your photo has been verified. This allows you to simply show your QR in app without the need to show your ID for future visits to the sports facilities.

You need to make a new registration on MyMultiSport app. First, it is necessary to request deletion of your user account in the application, and after the account is deleted, it is necessary to register again with your new MultiSport card number.

Virtual card can be used only on single device. If you want to change the device you use your virtual card, you need to download MyMultiSport app on your new phone and log in with your account. You will need to confirm the device change and virtual card on your old phone will stop working. The number of device changes is limited. The process is the same in case you lose your phone or your phone stops working.

After completing the configuration process, you will receive a message in the app with the exact date from which you can start using your virtual card. If you have an active card, your virtual card will be active immediately after switching.

If you have a card that is not yet active but will be active from the 1st day of the following month, you can switch to a virtual card. However, it will be active from the 1st day of the following month, just like the plastic card would be.

Remember that by switching to a virtual card, the plastic card ceases to be valid.

Since the MultiSport Card is your personal card, which must not be used by anyone else, the phone number serves as an additional verification.

Yes, you can change your photo in My MultiSport app. Number of opportunities to change the photo are limited. After the sports facility verifies your photo, you will not be able to change the photo for a certain period, so please make sure to verify the photo you want to be shown in the app.

To fully use virtual card, you need to upload your photo that will serve as an identification for all future visits after confirmation during the first visit to a sports facility. Therefore, you won’t need to bring your ID next time.

Your photo must be well focused and easily recognizable. You must be the only person in the photo. You can choose your photo from the gallery or take a new one.

This means that your card or email address is already registered in the My MultiSport app. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Reset Password”  to receive an email with a password reset link.

If you want to use virtual card, you need to have MyMultiSport account.

If you already have an account on MyMultiSport you don’t need to create a new one for the mobile application. Simply log in with your email address and password. If you don’t have an account on MyMultiSport click on “Create an account” and follow the steps to complete the registration. After logging into your MyMultiSport account, you will need to add your photo and your phone number.

Every employee or accompanying MultiSport Card user can use the virtual card. It is only necessary to download the My MultiSport mobile application and go through a few simple steps to switch from a plastic card to a virtual one.

You can have only one active card. Either continue using the plastic card or change it for a virtual one using the My MultiSport mobile application. After switching to the virtual card your plastic card will be immediately inactive.

The invoice is generated once a month and sent to the employer via the eAccount system.

If you choose a financing model in which, as an employer, you bear all or part of the cost of the card, you are obliged to pay a contribution to that amount, given that it is a non-taxable cost, and the company cannot reduce its tax base by the amount of the contribution to the card.
If you choose a model where the employee bears the entire cost of the card, it is suspended with VAT on the employee’s net salary without subsequent costs.
The regular deadline for settling the invoice is the 15th of the month.

Each active user can order one card for their additional member. An additional member must be 18 years of age and can use his MultiSport card for everything that an employee does. The additional member is linked to the employee’s card and cannot be transferred to another. The charging of the additional card is done by suspending the employee’s salary.

Cooperation includes minimum administration and maximum partnership.

After the establishment of contractual cooperation, you get access to the client zone for managing the cards of all users, and your contact person is at your disposal, while users have access to customer support.

The MultiSport card is a benefit that only employers can provide to their employees. Each card user is allowed one entry to a sports facility for relaxation and exercise throughout Croatia and to try out a wide range of activities on a daily basis.

If you change your employer, he is obliged to deactivate you, or you can apply for deactivation on your own, considering that you are no longer his employee. To continue using the MultiSport card with the new employer, it will be necessary to order a new MultiSport card. The possibility of continuing to use the MultiSport card with the new employer, as well as the conditions of use, please check with the same.

Not. The MultiSport card is non-transferable and bears the name and surname of the employee, and only the person in whose name the card bears the right to use it. In case of non-compliance with the rules, Benefit Systems d.o.o. has the right to suspend the membership of a MultiSport user.

Please check the possibility and conditions of ordering additional cards with your employer or the human resources department. If the employer has agreed on the possibility of additional cards, you will be able to order one additional card for an adult.

If the active MultiSport card did not successfully register the visit via the POS device of the sports facilities located in our network of partners, please contact us immediately from the sports facility in order to check the correctness and validity of the card and the POS device on the phone number: 0800 222 023. Working hours Customer support in this case is every day from 07:00 to 22:00.

A duplicate of the card is sent by post to the employer’s address. The new MultiSport card will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request by your employer. If you wish, you can also pick up your new MultiSport card at our office address: Heinzelova 44, 1st floor, MultiSport during office hours. Please mention the personal collection of the MultiSport card when reporting the loss to your employer. Personal pickup is possible within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the request by the employer.

In case of loss of the MultiSport card, please contact your employer or the human resources department within 24 hours and report the loss of the card. Your employer will send us a request for a new card. Until you receive a duplicate card, you cannot use the MultiSport program. The first loss of the card is not charged, and each subsequent duplicate is charged EUR 6.64 + VAT.

You can check the status of your MultiSport card in the MyMultiSport application. Instructions for downloading and registration can be found at the link. In addition to the application, you can check the status with your employer, i.e. the human resources department or with the Customer Support of Benefit Systems d.o.o. from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 via email: kontakt@benefitsystems.hr. Be sure to include your MultiSport card number in the email.

If you want to activate or deactivate your card, please contact your employer or the human resources department. Card activations and deactivations are performed exclusively by the employer. Please check the deadlines for card activation and deactivation with your employer.

You can request a Multisport card exclusively through the employer who has signed a contract with us, and whose employee you are. You cannot request a MultiSport card as a private person.

You can see the list of clients who have given permission for their name to be communicated in the reference list. If your employer is not on that list, it does not necessarily mean that he is not our client, but he did not give his consent to communicate publicly, so we suggest that you check this information directly with the employer, that is, the human resources department.

The MultiSport card is in the name of the employee, therefore, when arriving at the sports facility, it is always necessary to present an identity card or other identification document containing a photo along with the MultiSport card. In addition to the plastic MultiSport card, the user can also use a virtual card. Find all the details about the virtual card in the Virtual card menu.

The conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement is mandatory. You can expect simple and transparent rules and conditions of cooperation.
