How do I join MultiSport?

MultiSport card is a revolutionary employee benefit program, so it means it is not available to individuals and is always sponsored or co-financed by the member’s employer. We work with the best companies – large, medium, and small ones. If you are an HR manager and you are wondering how to motivate your team – do not look any further. MultiSport card will engage your team and make your staff feel better. Contact us and learn more about why sports benefits are important! If you are an employee and your employer doesn’t yet offer MultiSport card for its employees, you can recommend us to your HR manager. We will contact them and provide all the details about how to get access to the programme!

Where can I use MultiSport?

You can use the MultiSport card in any of our partners’ facilities. Currently our network consists of more than 650 sports facilities throughout Croatia. We offer more than 450 different activities – try them all! Check the full list on our locations page.

How does MultiSport work?

As soon as you get your card from your employer you can use it in any of the hundreds of our partners’ facilities. The only thing you need to do is to choose an activity you like, pack your sports clothes, and go to the gym! At the reception in the fitness club, you show your named MultiSport card with any photo ID and that’s it. Have a workout, swim, dance and have fun!

What is MultiSport?

MultiSport is an employee benefit program that grants you an access to hundreds of different gyms, studios, and swimming pools in whole Croatia. It is a card based on monthly subscription that allows you to use any facility in our network. The only thing you need is to receive a card from your employer! You don’t have a MultiSport card yet? Order cards for your employees or recommend us to your employer!


What should I know about MultiSport?

Your Multisport card is issued in your name. So please do not forget to take your ID to show it at reception. MultiSport card allows you to do one activity per day in one sport facility in our Partner network. This means that you can try a new activity every day!

How can I get a MultiSport card?

MultiSport program is a unique employee benefit, so it can only be acquired through your employer. It is unavailable for individuals.

You can see the list of clients who have given consent for their name to be communicated on the reference list. If your employer is not on this list, it does not necessarily mean that he is not our client, so we suggest checking it with your employer (HR department).

How can I activate or deactivate my MultiSport card?

If you want to activate or deactivate your MultiSport card, please contact your employer (HR department). Card activations and deactivations are performed exclusively by the employer. Please check the deadlines for card activation and deactivation with your employer.

How can I check if my MultiSport card is active?

You can check the status of your MultiSport card in MyMultiSport app. Besides MyMultiSport app you can check your status with your employer (HR department) or sending an email to our Customer Care department: kontakt@benefitsystems.hr from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Please write your MultiSport card number in the email.

If you have received a new MultiSport card, you can check the initial activation date on the card above the signature strip.

I have lost my MultiSport card. What should I do?

If you have lost your MultiSport card, please contact your employer (HR department) within 24 h and request a duplicate card. Your employer will send us a request to create a duplicate card. Until you receive a duplicate card, you will not be able to use the MultiSport program. The first loss of the card is not charged, but each other replacement is charged 6,64 EUR + VAT.

When and where will I receive a duplicate of my MultiSport card?

A duplicate card is sent by post service to the employer’s address. The new MultiSport card will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of the request for a duplicate by your employer. If you wish, you can also pick up your new MultiSport card at our office: Heinzelova 44, 1st floor, MultiSport.

If you want to pick up your new card at our office, please mention this to your employer when reporting the card loss. Personal pickup is possible within 2 working days from the date of the request by your employer.

I am an active MultiSport user, but my card cannot register a visit in the sports facility. What should I do?

If the active MultiSport card has not successfully registered a visit via the POS device of sports facilities in our Partners network, please contact us immediately from the sports facility to check the validity of the card and POS device. The phone number is: 0800 222 023. The working hours of Customer Support in this case are daily from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Can I order a card for an additional member?

It depends on the agreements with your employer. Please ask your HR manager if there is such a possibility and what conditions your company has for additional members.

Can I lend my MultiSport card to someone?

No. The MultiSport card is non-transferable. In case of violation of the rules, Benefit Systems d.o.o. has the right to block the MultiSport Card from the member, or to immediately suspend membership in the program.

If I change my employer, can I continue to use the service?

If you change your employer, he is obliged to deactivate you considering that you are no longer his employee. You can also contact your employer and ask for deactivation. To continue using the MultiSport card with the new employer, it will be necessary to order a new MultiSport card. Please check the ability to continue using the MultiSport program with your new employer, along with the terms of use.


What is the cost of MultiSport card?

Many factors influence the cost of the MultiSport program. The most significant ones are the number of people signed up for the programe and the funding model. For more details, do not hesitate to contact us!

Is a contract required?

Yes. We are a professional company, and a signed contract is required. However, our goal is to focus on your business – not paperwork. You can always expect uncomplicated rules of cooperation.

What are the payment terms?

The main due term is 14 days.
