- Activate your virtual card in the My MultiSport app.
- Your identity within the app must be verified in Croatia.
- On the website, find a facility in the country you are travelling to.
- Present your card at the reception of a partner facility abroad.
- Enjoy your workout!
What should you know before your first international visit?
- The card must first be registered in Croatia.
- The service is available exclusively to virtual card users.
- Limits and rules depend on the standards of the country you are visiting.
- Additional fees may apply at some facilities, even if they are not listed in the facility directory.
- Any issues or complaints should always be reported to Croatian customer support.

- What are international visits?
International visits allow the use of a virtual MultiSport card from Croatia at partner facilities in other countries where MultiSport operates. - Who can use this benefit?
The option to train abroad is available to MultiSport employee and additional card users. This benefit is not available to Lite card users. - Do I need to pay extra to use the card abroad?
No. Using the MultiSport card abroad is included in the existing subscription and does not incur additional costs. However, some facilities may charge additional fees, although these are not listed in the facility description. - In which countries is my card valid?
You can train in all countries where MultiSport operates. A list of countries and partner facilities is available at://benefitsystems.hr/internacionalni-posjeti/. - How do I use the card abroad?
It’s very simple:
Make sure to do the following before your trip:
a) Download the My MultiSport mobile app on your IOS or Android devices
b) Register your MultiSport card
c) Verify your identity at any sports facility in Croatia
Enjoy your training! - Do I need to book my workout abroad in advance?
In most cases, no reservation is required. However, some facilities may have their own rules (e.g. for group classes or wellness services). We recommend checking the facility’s website before your visit. - What if a facility abroad does not recognise my card?
In that case:
a) Show that you have an active virtual card and that your identity is verified.
b) If you still experience difficulties, contact the Croatian customer support team by email or phone. - Can I use the card in multiple countries within the same month?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of countries you can visit, and standard usage rules still apply. - Do the same usage rules apply as in Croatia?
Yes. The same usage rules apply for Croatian MultiSport cardholders as in Croatia. - Can I use a physical card instead of a virtual one?
No. For international visits, the use of a virtual card is mandatory, as only the virtual card enables identity verification. Physical cards are not accepted abroad. - Can additional members use this benefit?
Yes, but only if they have an additional member card. Children and Lite card users are not eligible for international visits. - What if I lose access to my virtual card while travelling?
