  1. Activate your virtual card in the My MultiSport app.
  2. Your identity within the app must be verified in Croatia.
  3. On the website, find a facility in the country you are travelling to.
  4. Present your card at the reception of a partner facility abroad.
  5. Enjoy your workout!

  1. What are international visits?
    International visits allow all Silver MultiSport card users from Croatia to use their card at partner facilities in other countries where MultiSport operates.
  2. Who can use this benefit?
    The option to train abroad is available to Silver employee cardholders and additional member cardholders. This benefit is not available to Lite card users.
  3. Do I need to pay extra to use the card abroad?
    No. Using the MultiSport card abroad is included in your existing subscription, with no additional charges. Additional fees may apply at some facilities, even if they are not listed in the facility descriptions.
  4. In which countries is my card valid?
    You can train in all countries where MultiSport operates. A list of countries and partner facilities is available at://benefitsystems.hr/internacionalni-posjeti/.
  5. How do I use the card abroad?
    It’s very simple:
    a) Activate your virtual card in the app.
    b) Your identity must be verified in Croatia, so make sure to do this before travelling.
    c) Present your card at the reception of a partner facility abroad.
    d) Enjoy your workout!
  6. Do I need to book my workout abroad in advance?
    In most cases, no reservation is required. However, some facilities may have their own rules (e.g. for group classes or wellness services). We recommend checking the facility’s website before your visit.
  7. What if a facility abroad does not recognise my card?
    In that case:
    a) Show that you have an active virtual card and that your identity is verified.
    b) If you still experience difficulties, contact the Croatian customer support team by email or phone.
  8. Can I use the card in multiple countries within the same month?
    Yes! There is no limit to the number of countries you can visit, and standard usage rules still apply.
  9. Do the same usage rules apply as in Croatia?
    Yes. The same usage rules apply for Croatian MultiSport cardholders as in Croatia.
  10. Can I use a physical card instead of a virtual one?
    No. For international visits, the use of a virtual card is mandatory, as only the virtual card enables identity verification. Physical cards are not accepted abroad.
  11. Can my family members use this benefit?
    Yes, but only if they have an additional member card. Children and Lite card users are not eligible for international visits.
  12. What if I lose access to my virtual card while travelling?
    If you experience issues with the app or the virtual card, contact our customer support team by email or phone.

    Yes! MultiSport is continuously growing and entering new markets. Follow our website and social media channels for updates.
  14. How can I check available facilities before travelling?
