Information on the Processing of Personal Data When Using the MultiSport Virtual Card Abroad

In connection with the update of the MultiSport mobile application, which enables the use of the Virtual Card abroad from 1 December 2025, we would like to briefly inform you about how your personal data will be processed in such cases.

Your data is not automatically processed abroad. Processing only takes place if you decide to use your Virtual Card for an International Visit. Depending on the country where you use your MultiSport card, your data will be processed by the relevant company within the Benefit Systems Group acting as an independent controller:

MultiSport Benefit s.r.o. (Czech Republic)
Benefit Systems S.A. (Republic of Poland)
Benefit Systems Slovakia s.r.o. (Slovak Republic)
Benefit Systems Bulgaria OOD (Republic of Bulgaria)
Benefit Systems Spor Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (Republic of Turkey)

Turkey is located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and the processing is carried out based on the standard contractual clauses provided under the GDPR.

Purposes: enabling access to facilities, fraud prevention, handling complaints, establishing, exercising and defending legal claims, marketing purposes, and tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights: With regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
