Many have become familiar with this discipline that combines exercises from Insanity, CrossFit, Kettlebell, Pilates, Aerobics, TRX and many others. Spartan training is specific precisely because the trainer changes the training every day and thus does not allow the body to get used to a certain way of exercising. This pushes one's own limits, but also achieves quick results. We are fully dedicated to our participants, by coming to training they do not have to worry about expertise, motivation, or good company. But since we like to take care of each member, we regularly send them various diet plans, monitor their progress and advise them along the way. Because every body is different and it should be approached that way.
