Also, if you are a beginner, you will be approached individually by professional trainers who will guide you through training programs designed exclusively for beginners, the so-called anatomical adaptation phase. If you are an experienced exerciser, feel free to ask our trainers for advice who are always at your disposal. We also work on other transformation goals such as reducing subcutaneous fat, shaping the muscles into a harmonious global whole (muscle mass), developing motor skills, strengthening all bone-joint and tendon segments of the locomotor system.
