The zoo is located on Marjan Hill. After three years of closure, it reopened its doors to visitors in September 2018. It currently houses 40 individuals of native and traditional breeds of domestic animals. The former facilities are being transformed into a zoo–educational center featuring traditional and native breeds of domestic animals.
