Regular prenatal exercise is recommended for healthy pregnant women because they feel better, learn to breathe properly, and prepare for childbirth more easily. As part of our services, we offer the possibility of regular prenatal exercise and exercise with small babies under the professional guidance of our yoga trainer certified specifically for working with pregnant women.
