If running is recreation and fun for you, then OMEGA running school is ideal for you. One-hour trainings under the supervision of expert trainers, for total beginners and those who are not immediately chasing half-marathon lengths. Of course, everyone who wants to can tell the coaches what their goal is and they will prepare you to reach it.
