Body Fitness Center Press is the first fitness center in Donji Miholjac, located at Stjepana Radića 36. In two modernly equipped halls and a pleasant atmosphere in a clean and airy space, it offers its members unlimited opportunities for exercise and progress. In addition to a professionally designed gym with professional trainers and a range of free weights and fitness equipment, there is professional cardio equipment available, which in combination offer numerous training options, recreation, health fitness, rehabilitation after injuries, body shaping, and conditioning preparation of athletes to achieve competitive results. In all its activities, the Body Fitness Center Press is oriented towards the needs of its members, who are members of all generational groups, recreational athletes, athletes, people with overweight problems and all those who want a healthy, sporty lifestyle. The space offers the opportunity for individual, semi-individual and group training, with professional supervision, adapted to the specific needs, wishes and capabilities of members, with the aim of improving their physical and mental health.
