The Zagreb Zoo was founded in 1925 and is located in the over 200-year-old Maksimir Park. It covers 7 hectares, of which 5.5 are land. It is home to over 379 species of animals and more than 7,364 individuals from all continents.
The Zoo participates in numerous projects and programs that deal with the research and protection of endangered species, and during the year you can participate in more than 30 educational programs and events. That is why it is a favorite place for relaxation and entertainment.
It is possible to see numerous species of animals - mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates, from almost all continents.

Notice

Entrance to the Zoo is available to all MultiSport and kids Multiport card users throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday.
